Administration Support Officer
Location: Head Office

About the Role
We are looking for an organised, professional and proactive Administration Support Officer to join our Head Office team.
This is a varied role providing comprehensive administrative support across both our Operations and HR teams. You will play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of Head Office, maintaining accurate records and systems, and supporting the business with key administrative and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Operations and HR teams
- Managing correspondence, telephone and email enquiries
- Maintaining contracts, records, organisation charts and other documentation
- Supporting the administration of company insurance policies and related records
- Arranging meetings, conferences, training and events
- Coordinating diaries and, where required, travel and accommodation
- Maintaining training records and monitoring training compliance
- Collating and maintaining copies of employment contracts
- Liaising with payroll and other internal departments
- Taking meeting minutes when required
- Supporting HR projects and other administrative activities
- Handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately
The position also has responsibilities relating to Health & Safety, data protection and compliance with company policies and procedures.
About You
You will have current and relevant administration experience, ideally gained within a busy office environment. Experience within the Health and Social Care sector would be advantageous.
You should be confident using IT systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong organisation, time management and the ability to prioritise a changing workload. An NVQ Level 2 and/or 3 in Business and Administration is desirable.

Regional Manager – South/London Area
Role Description
This full-time Regional Manager role is a hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a mix of on-site visits to care homes and some work from home. The Regional Manager will oversee the performance of multiple care homes, providing leadership, guidance, and practical support to Home Managers and teams to ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits to services, reviewing operational and quality reports, identifying risks, and implementing improvement plans, monitoring through to completion of actions and sustainability of improvement areas. The role also involves coaching and mentoring managers, supporting staffing and resource planning, and working closely with senior leadership to deliver agreed business objectives. The Regional Manager will use HCMS’s online systems to monitor performance metrics, prepare concise reports, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in multi-site management within health or social care, with a strong track record of improving service quality and operational performance.
- Knowledge of care home operations, including regulatory compliance, safeguarding, clinical governance, and quality assurance processes.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance management, and the ability to support teams through change.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting financial and operational data to inform decision-making.
- Proficient in using digital tools and management information systems for reporting, monitoring, and communication.
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage a varied workload across multiple sites, and travel regularly within the region as required.
- Relevant professional qualification or degree in health and social care, business management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in care home management, consultancy, or interim management roles is an advantage.
